Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped. If your order has been returned, you must pay the shipping cost again before returning the order. New products or replacements for orders returned to the carrier will not be shipped until the original non-deliverable order has been returned and received by us.
Cocodor is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
To prevent loss or theft, make sure the package has been shipped to a safe location. If your order arrived damaged, or if it was tracked as shipped but not received, you will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve the shipping issue. Please understand that we are not responsible for any loss/missing of packages successfully delivered to the address provided in your order.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $50. The total price after any coupon redemption must exceed $50 for a free shipping.
Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am -5pm on Monday thru Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Duties and taxes for International Purchasing
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cocodor has no control over these charges, nor can Cocodor predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cocodor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
B2B Orders
All B2B orders are exempt from free shipping and additional discount codes. To get a quote for shipping and handling fees, please contact support@cocodor.com with your order number once your order is placed. Orders will not be shipped until shipping and handling fees have been confirmed. All B2B purchases must be sold by the purchasing entity and must not be resold to third parties (Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
